Erase Your Internet History

Follow these easy steps to erase your internet browser's history and any record of your visit here. Remember, you have to do this AFTER you have left this site.

Note: This will erase ALL your internet history, so you might want come up with a reason you erased it just in case someone asks why.

In Microsoft Internet Explorer for PC:

  1. Click on Tools in the top menu
  2. Select Internet Options
  3. Select the General tab
  4. In the Browsing history section, click Delete
  5. Check all the options or the Temporary Internet Files and History option
  6. Click Delete

In Microsoft Internet Explorer for Macintosh:

  1. Click on Explorer in the top menu
  2. Under Web Browser in the left hand window, scroll down to and click Advanced
  3. In the History area, click the button Clear History

In Netscape (PC):

  1. Click on Edit in the top menu
  2. Select Preferences
  3. In the left-hand Category box, select Navigator
  4. At lower right, under History, click Clear History
  5. Below that, click Clear Location Bar
  6. Return to the left-hand Category box, and click Advanced and then Cache
  7. On the right, click Clear Memory Cache and then Clear Disk Cache

In Firefox (both Macintosh and PC):

  1. Click on Tools in the top menu
  2. Click on Clear Private Data
  3. When the window pops up make sure all boxes are checked off
  4. Click OK to erase History

In Safari (both Macintosh and PC):

  1. Click on History in the top menu
  2. Click on Clear History
  3. When the window pops up make sure all boxes are checked off
  4. Click Clear to erase History
