If you have been sexually assaulted within the past 72 hours, (14years and older) please visit the Sheldon Chumir Urgent Care Centre: 1213 - 4 Street SW, Calgary.

Youth under the age of 14 who have been sexually assaulted, please go to the Alberta Children’s Hospital.

The Sheldon Chumir Urgent Care Centre is open 24 hrs a day/7 days a week. (old Colonel Belcher Hospital location) It is the main location for the Calgary Sexual Assault Response Team. After a sexual assault it is essential to receive immediate medical attention due to the possibility of injury, pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases.
